1.1 To enroll in B.E.L.I.E.F, participants must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information.

1.2 Enrollment is subject to availability, and Unleashed Potential] reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion.Payment:

2.1 Participants agree to pay the specified course fee as outlined during the registration process.

2.2 Payment is non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Access and Materials:

3.1 Upon successful payment, participants will receive access to the digital course content as outlined in the course description.

3.2 Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and resources, are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission from Unleashed Potential.

Refund Policy:

4.1 Due to the nature of our digital products/programs and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds.

4.2 Refunds are not provided for participants who fail to complete the course or access the course materials.

Intellectual Property:

5.1 All course content and materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Unleashed Potential and are protected by copyright laws.

5.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course materials without explicit written permission.

Conduct: 

6.1 Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all course interactions, including online discussions, webinars, and any other collaborative activities.

6.2 Unleashed Potential reserves the right to remove participants from the course without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

Technical Requirements:

7.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and participate in the digital course.

7.2 Unleashed Potential is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions beyond its control.

Modifications to the Course: 

8.1 Unleashed Potential reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the course, including content, schedules, and features, at its discretion.

Confidentiality:

9.1 Participants agree to keep all course-related discussions, materials, and information confidential.

9.2 Participants may not share or disclose proprietary course information to third parties.

Governing Law:

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Idaho.
